We currently have a vacancy for a Clerk to the school Governing body.

Peatmoor Community Primary School wishes to recruit an experienced administrator to fulfil the post of Clerk to our school Governing Body. This will involve taking the minutes at 6 full Governing Body meetings and 10 committee meetings all of which are held in the evening as well as other administrative tasks in order to ensure the smooth running of the governing body.

You will be required to demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills as well as good organisational skills. Training on all aspects of the role will be given to you via the Governor Support Team at Swindon Borough Council and you will be expected to attend the various training sessions offered to Swindon Clerks.

The position is required as soon as possible.
