Heron Breakfast and After School Clubs
At Peatmoor, we run our own Heron before‑ and after‑school clubs, offering high‑quality, affordable and flexible childcare for children aged 4–11. Our team provides a warm, calm and supportive environment where children can take part in enjoyable activities, complete homework and start or end the school day positively.
(As Ofsted noted in 2017, staff “greet pupils warmly, creating a calm and happy atmosphere” and activities support the work pupils do in school.)

- A registration form must be completed, and parents should inform us of any changes.
- All bookings must be made in advance via the Arbor Parent Portal/App or through the school office.
- Childcare vouchers are accepted, please speak to the office beforehand.

- Breakfast Club Assistants: Miss L Smith, Mrs S Buckle
- After School Club Manager: Mrs K Vicat (Mon–Thurs)
- After School Club Play Assistants:
- Mrs L Franklin (Mon, Weds, Fri)
- Mrs S Buckle (Tues, Thurs)
- All staff hold enhanced DBS checks.
Breakfast Club
- Drop‑off: From 7.45am (by a nominated adult).
- Children are taken to class at 8.30am.
- Breakfast provided: Choice of cereal, toast and a drink.
- Cost: £5.00 per day (payable online in advance).
- Booking: Required via Arbor or the school office.
After School Club
- Children are collected from their classrooms at 3pm.
- Collection options:
- Short session: 3–4.30pm - £8.50
- Full session: 3–6pm - £11.50 (includes a healthy snack)
- Children must be collected by a nominated adult.
- All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance via Arbor or the school office.
